Amazon FBA Shipping Guidelines

Most of our purchase orders ship to the Zoplenti warehouse, where we handle all processing and repacking to ensure products arrive safely at Amazon FBA.

In some cases, partners ship directly to FBA. To keep that process smooth and compliant, we created this resource and link it in every auto-generated PO that ships direct.

1) Amazon FBA Rules

To meet Amazon’s requirements, please follow these guidelines:

• Ship one SKU per box whenever possible.
• Boxes must be Amazon FBA compliant (size, weight, and labeling requirements).
  
  • Max: 36″ length, 25″ width/height, 50 lbs.
  • Oversized units are exempt but must follow Amazon’s special handling rules.
• Do not include pack lists, invoices, or extra materials inside shipments.

2) Barcode Labeling

A PDF with barcodes will be provided if product labeling is required:

• Match each product to its barcode using the Label# from our PO.
• If the Label# shows “N/A”, no additional labeling is needed
• Barcode labels must fully cover existing UPCs and match the corresponding unit.

3) Next Steps

Provide the following details for us to arrange the shipment pickup:

• Total number of boxes.
• SKUs and quantity per box.
• Weight and dimensions of each box.
• Expiration dates (if ingestible, consumable, or topical products).

Once this information is received, Zoplenti will work with you to get everything handled properly.
